Artista

An artist is a person who engages in and expresses themselves in the field of art.

In their creations, artists communicate and express themselves through the use of techniques historically developed by other artists, evolved over time, and personalized, or techniques of their own invention.

In the broadest sense, an artist is a person who expresses their personality through a medium that can be figurative or performance art.

The word is also used synonymously with creative.

In a narrower sense, an artist is defined as a creator of works with aesthetic value in the arts, such as painting, sculpture, drawing, architecture, writing, music, dance, photography, directing (film, theater, and television), acting, and, more recently, digital art and new media art.

The choices artists make in delineating and describing objects have always influenced the design of manufacturing and later industrial industries, contributing aesthetic value, among other things.

Today, an artist can be classified into two distinct fields: contemporary and modern, which is tied to the artistic approaches developed in the late 19th century, and classical, which conforms to one or more branches of classical art.

An artist is a person who practices or regularly dedicates himself to an art, especially in fields such as architecture, painting, sculpture, poetry, and music. In a broad sense, an artist expresses his or her personality and creativity through an artistic or performance medium. Artists can be creators (for example, a painter who creates a work) or performers (such as an actor or musician who performs a work), and in some senses the term is also used to indicate someone who particularly excels in a craft or profession with a particular creative or aesthetic skill.

In short, an artist is not limited to those who produce traditional works of art; it can encompass various figures who, through different disciplines, express creativity, aesthetic sensitivity, and a personal relationship with art and beauty.
