ISGMD Design Academy in Lecco, since its birth in 1964, has been operating successfully in the professional training field, distinguishing itself for the enhancement of Italian creativity in its production applications.
By creating educational paths based on flexibility and proximity to the world of work, ISgmd brings innovation to professional teaching, responding to the demand for qualified profiles with the constant expansion of the training offering with courses in: Creative Communication, Fashion Design, Interior Design, Tattoo Design, 3D Artist.

The Doing Method
The workshop-based approach emphasizes interactive learning: theoretical concepts are put into practice through classroom and individual work, with constant interaction with instructors. Skills and Instructors

Qualifications and Certifications
At the end of the three-year program, students receive the Lombardy Region's Certificate of Professional Competence, valid throughout Europe according to EQF standards, accompanied by a portfolio of projects demonstrating their skills in job interviews. The academy adopts an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Quality System, with flexible teaching strategies in line with Regional Law 19/2007.
ISGMD Design Academy is located in Lecco at Via Giovanni Amendola 57, in a central and accessible location. This modern, recently renovated facility is a hub dedicated to creativity and professional design training.
Spaces and Facilities
The building houses fully equipped classrooms for graphic design, fashion design, and interior design, along with advanced computer labs and areas dedicated to practical projects. The spaces are designed to encourage interaction and individual work, with limited class sizes ensuring personalized attention.
